 Earl founded Data Base Products in 1987, making O&DPlus the first airline data product to be published on CD-ROM. Prior to DBP, Earl was employed by Southwest Airlines primarily in the Finance area where he intiated significant technological advances.
Earl is a graduate of SMU, and a CPA.
His primary interest is product development, but Earl is always available to help with tough data issues.

 Lucretia joined DBP in October 1992. She is one of two CPA's with Data Base Products. Lucretia came to DBP from Southwest Airlines where she spent thirteen years in financial reporting .
In addition to handling the financial and administrative operations of the company, Lucretia is responsible for producing the Form 41 Financials and providing support for this product.

 Jim Thomson joined Data Base Products, Inc. in February 2000. He has served many segments of the aviation industry over his career. He has worked for several airlines of various sizes in a variety of capacities including finance, planning and operations. Most recently, Jim was the Director of Economic Analysis for the Southwest Airlines Pilots Association.
Jim is the main contact person for product support and sales. He is also responsible for producing the majority of ad hoc reports.

 Larry has been with the company since March 1995. He came to DBP from American Airlines where he spent ten years in Capacity Planning. Larry has an MBA from University of Texas at Arlington and is retired from the US Air Force.
